Therapy sessions are by appointment only. After hour’s appointments are made available to clients on an as needed basis. We offer 24 hours a day voicemail directly to your therapist’s extension and all calls are returned in a timely manner.

If you are difficult to reach by phone, please inform us of some times when you will be available. Due to our therapists' schedules, we are often not immediately available by telephone, so please leave your therapist a voicemail directly. If you are unable to reach your therapist and feel you cannot wait for a return phone call, contact your family physician or the nearest emergency room and ask for the physician on call.
